Job Description:
Saige Bikes, a leading name in the electric mobility sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive regional growth, manage distribution channels, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets
• Build and manage dealer/distributor networks across assigned territories
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Lead, mentor, and monitor area sales teams
• Conduct regular field visits, review team performance, and ensure KPIs are met
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and stock planning
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4–6 years of proven experience in regional or area sales (automotive or bike industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and field management capabilities
• Familiarity with dealer/channel sales models
• Willing to travel extensively within the region
