Role Overview

As an Upsell Specialist – RSP Unit, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and nurturing leads. Your primary focus will be on upselling and cross-selling solutions to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with sales and operations teams to meet individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to meet assigned sales targets.
Present and promote company products/services to potential and current clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement.
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
Stay up to date on market trends, product developments, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

4 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in RSP.
Solid understanding of sales and Upsell principles, including business development, lead nurturing, negotiation, and deal closing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
Self-driven with a proactive approach to meeting sales goals.
Experience working in a night shift or fast-paced environment.
Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments to achieve results.
