Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Recovery Officer to manage product sales, recover outstanding payments, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and promote company products.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and recover dues on time.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer accounts.

• Coordinate with the accounts and sales departments.

• Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience in sales or recovery is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
