Sales Associate (Cold Calling) - Female Only

About the Role

We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven Female Sales Associates to join our growing team for a US Construction Estimation Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the US construction market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US construction industry.
• Introduce and promote our construction estimation services.
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
• Work closely with team members and management to maximize campaign success.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service will be preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in the night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge are a plus.
