Job Title: Sales Associate (Cold Calling) – Full-Time, Onsite

Company: New Casa Holding

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Salary: 35000-55000pkr + Commission.

Timings: 1 PM - 10PM _ 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Role Overview


We are seeking highly motivated and confident Sales Associates (Cold Callers) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, persuasive in communication, and eager to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced, international business environment.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and presenting our services with clarity and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities


- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in international markets.

- Present company services persuasively and handle objections effectively.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve results.


Requirements


- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).

- Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST).

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
