Description

Key Responsibilities:


Meet and exceed individual sales targets as set by the Branch Manager or Sales Manager.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Maintain a sales pipeline and regularly update the status of prospects and leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Provide clients with detailed information on various insurance products, explaining features, benefits, and coverage options.


Qualifications:

Intermediate education or fresh graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Knowledge of insurance products and services.

Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
