Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present and promote products/services to clients with a strong understanding of features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, operations) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
