Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join Pakpack Plastics. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers and business clients.

• Generate new leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

• Present and promote the company's plastic packaging products and solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with clients.

• Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a relevant field.

• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience; experience in plastics, packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B sales will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development when required.

• A valid driving license will be an advantage.

Compensation:

Competitive salary of PKR 40,000–60,000 per month, plus performance-based commission/incentives.
