BROQ Resort is a premium hospitality destination in Skardu, known for its luxury accommodations, breathtaking landscapes, and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base, build strong relationships, and boost revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize room bookings and event reservations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual guests, travel companies, and corporate clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, negotiations, and client concerns.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and packages to potential clients.

Lead Generation & Conversions

  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and referrals to convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads through digital campaigns.
  • Ensure high conversion rates by offering tailored solutions to guests and partners.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing and reservations team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Technical & Sales Skills:

✔️ Proven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality sales (1-3 years preferred).

✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills.

✔️ Familiarity with hotel booking systems, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms is a plus.

✔️ Ability to develop sales strategies and close deals effectively.

✔️ Knowledge of the hospitality industry, luxury travel, or corporate sales is a plus.

Soft Skills:

✔️ Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
