Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to spearhead the sales efforts for our Trainings System. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the training industry, exceptional sales acumen, and a passion for helping trainers and organizations enhance their training programs. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our platform's capabilities and driving sales.
Salary: PKR. 50,000 + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote our Training System.
- Identify and target potential trainers and organizations that can benefit from our platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and features of our training management system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with trainers and organizations, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the training or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the training market and the needs of trainers and organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
