Description

We are looking for a Chat-Based Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and technology. As a Chat-Based Sales Intern, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers via online chat platforms, guiding them through our services, and assisting in closing sales.

Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: (Mon - Sat)
Qualification: Intermediate/Graduation

Pay: From Rs15,000.00 per month
Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: 15,000 stipend

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram and LinkedIn
Build positive relationships with customers through engaging and professional communication.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
Follow up on potential leads to encourage conversion.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets.
Report daily leads and conversions to the Sales Manager.
Provide product/service information to customers accurately.
