Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding customer base for Search O Pal which includes advanced AI based recruitment, resource outsourcing, trainings & counselling. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales within the SaaS industry.
Salary: PKR 60,000 - 90,000 + Commission
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Utilize this information to develop targeted sales initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with major clients. Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and provide insights to the product development team to improve our SaaS offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the resource outsourcing and recruitment market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
