Sales Manager

Job Summary: The Senior Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for the insurance branch. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive also mentors junior sales staff and collaborates with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
