About the role

We are looking for a sales manager responsible for maximizing revenue and occupancy across all booking platforms by managing pricing strategies, optimizing listings, and analysing market trends. This role ensures that all properties perform efficiently, attract consistent bookings, and remain competitive within the market.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily pricing strategy across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs
  • Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) for better visibility and conversion
  • Expand presence on new booking platforms
  • Monitor and manage listing performance /Listing Health (occupancy, revenue, ranking)
  • Monitor guest reviews strategically to improve ratings
  • Maintain and manage channel manager/calendar synchronization
  • Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
  • Track and analyse performance metrics (revenue, occupancy, conversion rates)
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Lead and guide the co-host/sales support team
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

 

 


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in sales, revenue management, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com) is a plus
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Work Details

  • Type: Hybrid / Task-based
  • Working Hours: Flexible
  • Number of working days: 6 days a week
  • Probation: 3 months
