Job Description:
We’re hiring experienced Sales Managers to lead our B2B sales operations and drive growth in the printing and packaging industry.
Position Summary:
We’re looking for team players with a strong background in sales and recovery management to serve key regions, including Rice Mill areas in Sialkot, Lahore, Karachi, and Punjab.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers based on business and credit evaluations.
Ensure timely generation of purchase orders as per customer evaluation forms.
Oversee on-time recoveries and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Address customer needs in terms of supplies, complaints, designs, and new business development.
Suggest and implement innovative marketing tools to boost sales performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
