Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team, a cutting-edge nutraceutical manufacturing company under the umbrella of Inifitech Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and developing strategic relationships with key clients and distributors in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
Achieve Sales Targets.
Identify and explore new business opportunities and key market segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and distributors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability and willingness to travel as per business needs.
