As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. You will be expected to mentor and motivate the sales team, analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with management to refine sales processes and achieve company objectives is also key.
