Sales & Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the company.
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns specifically targeting rural farmers.
• Build strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and other stakeholders in the rural market.
• Champion the company's mission and translate it into compelling marketing messages that resonate with farmers.
• Act as an entrepreneur within the marketing function, proactively seeking growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing agricultural products or services to rural communities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, but also open to creative, low-tech solutions for rural outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with farmers.
• Proven ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to be part of building a sustainable business.
