Partner with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the company.
Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns specifically targeting rural farmers.
Build strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and other stakeholders in the rural market.
Champion the company's mission and translate it into compelling marketing messages that resonate with farmers.
Act as an entrepreneur within the marketing function, proactively seeking growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in marketing agricultural products or services to rural communities.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, but also open to creative, low-tech solutions for rural outreach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with farmers.
Proven ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to be part of building a sustainable business.
