HAICHUAN is a leading food company seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team in Lahore. We offer high quality snacks, and we're looking for a results-driven sales professional to help us expand our customer base in Lahore's physical market.
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to drive business growth through sales in Lahore's physical market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Lahore's physical market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in Lahore's physical market
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Lahore's physical market
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in Lahore's physical market, including wholesale markets, retail markets, and trade associations
- Knowledge of local market trends, competitors, and customer needs
