Sales Representative (Business Development Position)

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and contact potential truck drivers and carriers through cold calling, emails, and social media.

Sales Pitch & Closing: Explain the benefits of our dispatching services, negotiate pricing, and convert prospects into clients.

Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with drivers to ensure retention and referrals.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, freight rates, and competitors to optimize sales strategies.

Follow-ups & Support: Assist new clients with onboarding, answer their queries, and ensure seamless service activation.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities.
