Join our Sales and Support Team! (RSP CAMPAIGN)

Candidates must be able to:

- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers

- Answer customer questions, respond to customer issues, and promote/up-sell additional products and services

- Keep accurate customer sales records and have the ability to meet individual monthly targets set by your supervisor

- Work well with Management, Sales Reps, and Upsellers to deliver high level customer service.

Candidates should have:

- Excellent verbal and written English skills and interpersonal communication abilities

- The ability to work under pressure

- Previous call center, BPO or sales experience is a plus

- Must have the ability to work night shifts.

Salary: Market Competitive

Shifts: 7 PM - 4 AM, 8 PM - 5 AM, 9 PM - 6 AM.
