Location: Jail Road, Karachi

‎ Shift Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM | 8 PM – 5 AM | 9 PM – 6 AM

‎Responsibilities:

‎• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

‎• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

‎• Promote and upsell products/services

‎• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data

‎• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

‎• Work closely with team members and management to ensure excellent customer service

‎Requirements:

‎• Excellent spoken and written English skills

‎• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

‎• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

‎• Previous experience in sales, BPO, or call centers is a plus

‎• Must be willing to work night shifts
