Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Call Sales Representative to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services over the phone to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to convert leads into loyal customers while maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings to close sales.
• Manage and update leads, call logs, and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
• Follow scripts and sales processes while adapting to individual customer responses.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong persuasive, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge..
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).
