We are a US-based digital agency building a remote team of talented freelancers in Pakistan.
We’re looking for a Social Media Organic Expert / Manager who specializes in one platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube).
What we’re looking for:
- Proven expertise in organic growth strategies—no paid ads.
- Ability to build and grow our social media presence from the ground up.
- Skills to drive traffic organically and attract the right audience.
- Experience in generating qualified leads through organic methods.
- Strong knowledge of how to make content go viral organically using creative techniques and platform best practices.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and audience behavior on the chosen platform.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and reach out to potential leads
Follow up with prospects via email, messages, and calls
Convert warm leads into active, paying customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Use CRM tools to track and document all interactions
Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Report performance and lead status regularly
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience preferred
- Confident, persuasive, and proactive approach to selling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
