• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our property services and software solutions.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in property services or software solutions.
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong English communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
