Sales Support Specialist – On-Site (Full Time)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist in managing our insurance lead vertical. This includes supporting daily operations across clicks, calls, and leads, and helping handle both publisher and buyer activities. You will work directly under a senior team member and support them with daily tasks, coordination, and execution.

The ideal candidate must have experience with Everflow or similar click-tracking platforms, and be comfortable working with campaign data, onboarding buyers, and helping manage enterprise-level accounts.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations for the insurance vertical

Assist in managing publishers and buyers

Help onboard and support enterprise-level clients

Monitor campaign performance through Everflow

Communicate updates and resolve basic issues

Complete tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Experience with Everflow or similar platforms

Strong coordination and communication skills

Basic understanding of lead generation (clicks/calls/leads)

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
