Clear their queries

Send the legit potential customer to the product specialists

Requirements:

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Provide product information and assistance to customers in an appropriate manner
Minimum one year experience in a customer service role
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in verifying customer information accurately and efficiently
Should not be a student or working elsewhere
