• Interact with the potential customers sent in by the csrs
• Verify the information
• Clear their queries
• Persuade the potential customers
• Send the legit potential customer to the product specialists

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide product information and assistance to customers in an appropriate manner
• Minimum one year experience in a customer service role
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in verifying customer information accurately and efficiently
• Should not be a student or working elsewhere
