We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Senior Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the area sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and brand visibility.
· Build strong trade relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
· Ensure timely reporting, sales forecasting, and territory management.
· Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
ü Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
ü 6–8 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG food industry.
ü Candidates with prior experience in Super Crisp, Kolson, Continental Biscuits, or similar brands will be strongly preferred.
ü Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
ü Deep understanding of trade channels and distribution networks.
ü Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
