We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in building and managing backend logic for complex applications and automations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing scalable backend systems, writing serverless functions, managing complex databases, and integrating third-party services. You should be comfortable working on challenging projects, communicating with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

● 4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer (or similar role).

● Proven track record of working on complex projects and automation workflows.

● Hands-on experience with serverless functions (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, or equivalent).

● Strong knowledge of Python and Node.js for backend development.

● Expertise in FAST API and Flask for API development.

● Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including schema design, optimization, and integrations.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment strategies.

● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

● Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate with clients and manage project requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain backend logic for complex applications and automations.

● Build and deploy Lambda Functions / Cloud Functions to support serverless architectures.

● Develop, optimize, and manage complex database systems and ensure seamless database integration.

● Write, maintain, and document APIs using FAST API and Flask frameworks.

● Develop backend solutions in Python and Node.js.

● Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and clients to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

● Manage project deliverables, ensure smooth communication, and provide technical insights to both internal teams and clients. ● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
