Salary: PKR 60,000 โ 70,000 + 7% Commission on Achieved Target

About the Role:
Nuxpeak is hiring a Senior Upwork Bidder with a strong background in 2D/3D Animation and Illustration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring international clients, particularly from Pakistan and the USA, using a fresh Upwork profile.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Actively bid on Upwork projects related to 2D/3D animation and illustration
Achieve and exceed the set sales target of $3,500/month
Develop compelling proposals and pitch decks for international clients
Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure service alignment
Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth project onboarding

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding (Animation/Design niche)
Strong knowledge of 2D, 3D animation, and digital illustration services
Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
Understanding of Upwork algorithms and best practices for profile growth
