Job Overview:
We are a growing software house in Johar Town, Lahore, seeking Senior Business Developers (Cold Calling) to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in international markets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Effectively communicate the company’s services and value propositions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling and business development (minimum 6 months).
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach.
Prior experience in international B2B/B2C sales is a plus.
Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
