### Key Responsibilities

For Senior Teachers:

Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for senior classes in accordance with the academic curriculum.

Student Mentorship: Guide students through critical academic years, helping them prepare for board examinations and future academic paths.

Assessment & Evaluation: Design comprehensive tests, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback to track and boost student performance.

Leadership: Mentor junior faculty members, contribute to curriculum development, and lead departmental initiatives.
