Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11, Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Salary: Based on experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting claims to insurance companies, following up on unpaid accounts, handling denials, and ensuring accurate billing for healthcare services provided to patients.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies (private and government).
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
Handle claim denials, appeals, and resubmissions promptly.
Post payments and adjustments into the billing system.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients regarding billing issues.
Maintain detailed records of billing activities and account statuses.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations.
