Job Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Excellent Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle is Mandatory.

• Excellent Knowledge SDLC Frameworks like Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban

• Excellent Knowledge of QA & Testing Processes.

• Excellent Understanding of Agile DevOps & Shift Left Testing

• Excellent Skills to perform Impact Analysis & Gap Analysis.

• Excellent Skills to Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.

• Excellent Skills to setup Test & QA Process Skills using Various Test strategies & methodologies with Testing types.

• Excellent Test Planning skills to create Quality Assurance Plan, Test Plan & Release Plan

• Excellent Test Management Skills to Create Test Design Metrics, Test Scenarios, test Cases, Test Data & Test Environment Setup

• Excellent Test Execution skills including Functional/System & Cross browser/Platform/Usability/User Experience Testing

• Excellent Bug life cycle Management Skills including (Bug Reporting, Bug Replication, Bug Resolution)

• Hands on Skills to meet with System users to understand scope of Projects.

• Hands on skills to identify Business requirements.

• Hands on Peer Review & Formal Technical Review Exposure.

• Hands on Using Different Bug Reporting Tools like Jira, TFS, Microsoft DevOPS & others

• Hands on Automation Experience using Selenium Using C#, Java/Python

• Hands on API Testing Experience Using Postman, Swagger

• Hands on Mobile Application Testing Using Simulators.

• Hands on Using JMeter/Appica/Blaze meter for Performance Testing.

• Hands on Skills of Database/SQL queries for Gray box testing & SQL Injections.

• Hands on Skills of Analyze test result and track software testing metrics.

• Hands on Skills to Prepare and present customized test reports.

• Hands on Skills to Train & supervise junior QA resources.

• Hands on Skills subject to Trouble shooting and Problem Solving.

• Hands on skills to Liaise on with Project & Product teams in other parts of world.
