🔑 Key Requirements:
✅ 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript
✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
✅ Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
✅ Proficient in more than one programming language
✅ Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
✅ Demonstrated leadership – either formally or through key project ownership
