We are seeking a skilled Lead Truck Dispatcher who excels in detailed coordination under pressure and prioritizes efficient truck scheduling in USA Market from Pakistan. 

The ideal candidate will have a very well-rounded knowledge of Truck Dispatching Industry and able to train a new team.

Team Lead Dispatcher Who Can perform Solo or Lead Team. The ideal candidate will have a very well-rounded knowledge of the DAT Load Board & Truck Stop.

Responsibilities:

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, documenting important information.
• Respond to issues and coordinate with drivers and brokers.
• Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
• Possess knowledge of Refer, Dry Van, Power Only, Flat Bed, and Step Deck
• Prioritize and organize dispatch tasks based on urgency.
• Supervise field units' routes and statuses to prioritize daily schedules.
• Handle invoicing (Factoring) and address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain and update call logs, records, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Tri Hauling is a plus point.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of emergency processes and procedures.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entry.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in managing Lumper Fee and Lay Over
• Experience in quickly filling Career Packets
• Knowledge of Dead Head, Tonu, Back Hauling and Detention
