Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital presence of our conversational AI product. This role involves leading the design of our marketing website and user portal, ensuring a premium web experience that prioritizes clarity, usability, and visual appeal. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user interaction with our innovative financial management tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX principles, a passion for creating user-centered designs, and experience working with modern web technologies. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to bring designs to life, conduct user research, and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing. This role requires a proactive approach to design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Design and iterate on marketing website pages, including landing pages and product storytelling.
• Own the login and onboarding experience, including OAuth and MFA flows.
• Create responsive and accessible designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile web.
• Build and maintain a web design system, including typography, spacing, and UI components.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and research to improve user experience.
