Job Description: We are seeking a talented Senior SEO Content Writer to join our content team at Brand Surge. As a Senior SEO Content Writer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing content strategies that drive organic traffic and engagement for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our SEO specialists, graphic designers, and marketing teams to create high-quality content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing comprehensive content strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Writing and optimizing SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, website copy, and other digital content.
• Collaborating with graphic designers to create visually appealing and engaging content assets.
• Monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven optimizations.
• Keeping up-to-date with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior content writers and assisting with their professional development.
• Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing creative input for content ideation and campaign strategies.
• Conducting content audits and optimizations to improve website structure, user experience, and search engine visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.(LUMS, LSE, FC, Kinnaird, etc., are highly preferred.)
• Minimum 3 years experience as a content writer or content marketer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats and platforms.
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive content strategy and decision-making.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples and content projects with proven results.
• Experience with content optimization for different stages of the customer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion) is a plus.
