Description
We are looking for an SEO Executive. As an SEO Executive, you will be integral to enhancing the online visibility and organic search performance of our projects. You will collaborate closely with the SEO team lead to implement strategies that improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads.
Responsibilities
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-volume, low-competition search terms.
- Analyze keyword trends and user search behavior to optimize content and website structure.
2. On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website pages for target keywords, including meta tags, headers, and content, to boost search engine visibility.
- Implement best practices for URL structure, internal linking, and content formatting to enhance organic rankings.
3. Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with content creators to align new and existing content with SEO objectives and best practices.
- Edit and optimize content for readability, relevance, and keyword usage while maintaining brand voice and integrity.
4. Technical SEO:
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact website performance, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues.
- Work with development teams to implement SEO recommendations and best practices, including schema markup and structured data.
5. Off-Page Optimization:
- Support link-building efforts through outreach, content promotion, and partnership opportunities to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, identifying opportunities for link acquisition and disavowing toxic or low-quality links.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to track website performance, keyword rankings, and traffic metrics.
- Generate monthly reports to monitor key SEO metrics, identify trends, and provide insights for ongoing optimization efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the search landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executing SEO strategies and tactics, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
