SEO Outreach & Guest Posting Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SEO Outreach & Guest Posting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid guest posting, link building, and outreach campaigns, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices. You will be responsible for building high-quality, niche-relevant backlinks through strategic outreach while collaborating with content and SEO teams to improve clients' organic search performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-quality, niche-relevant websites for paid guest posting opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to connect with website owners and editors.
• Negotiate guest post pricing professionally while maintaining strong publisher relationships.
• Build high-authority, niche-relevant backlinks for client websites following white-hat SEO practices.
• Maintain and update outreach databases, publisher lists, and campaign tracking spreadsheets.
• Analyze website quality using SEO metrics such as DA, DR, Organic Traffic, Spam Score, Topical Relevance, and Link Profile.
• Coordinate with content writers to ensure guest posts meet publisher guidelines and SEO requirements.
• Monitor published backlinks, verify indexing, and ensure links remain live.
• Manage multiple outreach campaigns efficiently while meeting monthly link-building targets.
• Perform basic On-Page SEO tasks, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading optimization, internal linking, keyword placement, and content optimization.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek to improve outreach, content research, prospecting, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and outreach strategies.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in paid guest posting and outreach.
• Strong understanding of SEO, link building, and guest posting strategies.
• Basic to intermediate experience in On-Page SEO.
• Experience working with USA-based websites and publishers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manually find niche-relevant websites for outreach.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in using AI tools including ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek for SEO and outreach tasks.
• Experience in the Construction or Estimation niche will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with experience managing spreadsheets, outreach trackers, and publisher databases.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of anchor text strategy and backlink quality assessment.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for outreach management and reporting.
• Basic understanding of local SEO and content marketing.
