Service Delivery Coordinator

H-Tech Supports is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage projects, oversee resources, and ensure efficient communication to ensure successful task and project delivery.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

·       Respond to customer queries via email within the agreed SLA and follow up with customer calls when needed.

·       Generate tickets for incident management.

·       Coordinate internally with team members on open cases and provide updates.

·       Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them according to established processes and policies.
