Strategic Leadership & Growth
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to craft instant, impactful content strategies
Oversee and optimize brand presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube with platform-specific approaches
Manage social media teams by providing leadership, direction, and ensuring execution aligns with the brand's vision
Content & Community Management
Lead the content planning and creation process, ensuring a mix of engaging, promotional, and community-driven content
Oversee real-time engagement and community interaction, fostering a strong and loyal digital audience
Implement an always-on approach for daily social media activity, ensuring timely responses and trend participation
Ensure high-quality multimedia execution (videos, graphics, reels, and UGC integration) to enhance brand storytelling
Influencer & Partnership
Management
Identify, onboard, and manage influencer relationships to amplify brand visibility
Develop and maintain strategic collaborations with athletes, sports influencers, and industry personalities
Oversee influencer-led campaigns, ensuring measurable impact and ROI tracking
Performance & Data Analytics
Utilize social media analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize content strategies
Generate performance reports to evaluate campaign success and audience engagement
Apply data-driven insights to adjust posting schedules, content formats, and engagement techniques
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with paid media, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Align with email marketing teams to integrate social strategies into broader digital campaigns
Coordinate with website teams to maintain banners, tickers, and digital brand consistency
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, with a leadership role in a fast-paced digital environment
BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
Experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, and audience growth tactics.
