Location: Karachi (Onsite)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop, schedule, and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Engage with the online community – responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely manner
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and prepare monthly reports
Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Suggest and implement new strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Sciences, or a related field
Proven 2–3 years of experience in a social media role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech company
Strong understanding of paid and organic social strategies
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite) is a plus
Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
