Job Description:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Build and execute social media content calendars in coordination with the design team
- Monitor engagement, community response, and analytics to optimize performance
- Drive traffic and conversions for newsletter subscriptions
- Experiment with new tactics to grow reach, including Reels, collaborations, and content hooks
- Track performance metrics and report on growth KPIs regularly
Requirements:
- Proven experience growing social media pages (with examples or case studies)
- Strong understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and audience behavior
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Knowledge of growth tools, scheduling platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Must be self-driven, reliable, and focused on results (not micromanaged)
- Available full-time (~8 hours/day), with flexible working hours
