Thryve Labs is a technology solutions company offering services in software development, data engineering, machine learning, and digital marketing. We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and support our clients’ digital marketing and personal branding strategies. This hybrid role provides the opportunity to work in-office at our Lahore office located in NASTP, Cantt area, and remotely, combining flexibility and collaboration.

Responsibilities

1.  Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Thryve Labs’ business and client objectives.
  • Craft and implement personal branding strategies for clients and company leadership.
  •  Analyze and optimize campaigns to enhance performance.

   2.  Content Creation & Management

  •  Design and curate high-quality, engaging content, including visuals, videos, and copy, for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

   3.  Community Engagement

  •  Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online communities.
  • Monitor and address feedback, reviews, and inquiries to foster positive relationships.

   4.  Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  •  Provide detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.

   5.  Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage organic and paid social media campaigns.
  •  Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

   6.  Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and strategies.
  • Propose creative ideas to keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates up to 5 years of experience in social media management.
