We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, growing our online community, and driving traffic and engagement through innovative social media strategies.

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories)
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and communities in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for promotions, launches, and brand awareness
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (1–3+ years preferred)
Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and trends
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
