We are expanding our team for All Social Media Platforms handling.
We Are Hiring:
1. Experienced Social Media Manager / Video Editor
2. Female Customer Service Representatives (Fresh & Experienced Both Can Apply)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, Post, and Schedule Content on all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Professional Video Editing & Designing for Social Media Posts
- Resolve Customer Emails, Tickets, and Live Chat Queries Promptly
- Answer all Customer Comments, Inbox Messages, and Queries
- Handle Customer Complaints and Ensure High Customer Satisfaction
- Coordinate with Social Media Team to Improve Performance and Sales
- Maintain Daily Performance Reports and Customer Handling Records
Requirements:
- For Social Media Manager: Proven Experience in Editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere), Content Creation & Page Management
- For Female Staff: Must be Confident, Good Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Email & Ticketing System will be trained)
- Must be Punctual, Active, and Customer-Friendly
- Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor's
