Content Creation and Management:
Design, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, graphics, and videos across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging channels).
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and voice, emphasizing expertise in printing and packaging solutions.
Engagement and Community Management:
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
Build and nurture relationships with followers, industry influencers, and potential clients.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Provide detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms, particularly within the printing and packaging sectors.
Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the printing and packaging industr
Strong understanding of the printing and packaging processes, trends, and target audience needs.
