Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Comverse Media for the night shift. This role is focused on content management, audience engagement, and platform moderation, rather than marketing and sales. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling social media operations effectively

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions promptly.
Monitor platform trends and ensure relevant engagement strategies.
Moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive online environment.
Collaborate with internal teams for content coordination.
Track and report performance metrics for continuous improvement.
