Description

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate doesn’t just know how to post content — they know how to develop strategies, track analytics, and turn engagement into measurable results. You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and improving audience engagement through well-planned campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, and videos) tailored to each platform
  • Monitor social media performance and track KPIs such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) to generate performance reports
  • Research trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Plan and run paid social media campaigns (ads, boosts, retargeting, etc.) when needed
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to execute campaigns effectively
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data and ROI analysis


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
  • Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and clear reporting
  • Experience creating both organic and paid campaigns
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus

Creative thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills


Experience Level:

  • 2+ years in social media marketing with a proven track record of running successful campaigns
  • Experience in both strategy and analytics is required
